sand & stone (2021) is a short film combining poem and visual to speak on the experiences involved in being a person of mixed race, lacking belonging and security.
Intrusive (2022) is a short film portraying the psychological experience of persistent negative thoughts. The combination of visuals and sound are meant to convey the chaotic and destructive nature of these negative thoughts that can dominate the self and one’s true feelings.
things still stay the same (2021) is a short film about the psychological experience of daily repetition or monotony and how this repetition can lead to a final collapse. It uses repetitive music and visuals to lull the viewer into a world of monotony and shows a progressive descent into madness. This film won Overall Best Picture at the UTM Department of Visual Studies Film Festival in 2022.
